 Dropping in today with some client love. It’s that time of year! The weather is amazing and everyone is out and about ready to be seen! Proms, weddings, graduations, I’m taking on all of the above this spring. Playing apart in people making memories is the best part of makeup artistry. When you look good, you feel good and everyone deserves a day to be a princess. I love being able to use my favorite products on others and show them how they come to life!!

The Month Of L❤️ve: Client Love 💞💜

  Happy post Valentine’s Day! I hope everyone enjoyed their day of love. Spreading kindness is so important. Making people feel good comes with the territory as an artist of any type. The goal is to always enhance the natural beauty that every single client has. Our motto is always “If you look good, you feel good!” 

   Since my theme for the month at The Beauty Of Blogging is “The Month Of Love” I just want to take the time to express my deepest love for all of my clients! Since relocating to a new city my client base has grown over just a matter of 5 months and I couldn’t be more grateful! You guys rock! This weekend I worked with some babes headed to each of their schools’ Winter Formal dance. 

   I have so much fun every time a new or existing client sits down with me. Especially teens. They keep me constantly doing something different & unique to their personal style.      

    Can’t forget about product! The Month Of Love ❤️💕

  It’s February! Even though I’m a summer soul, February is one of my all time favorite winter months. The month of February just screams glitz and glam to me. I can feel the love in the air ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

  Since it is all about love, this month I will feature products, cosmetic lines and inspiration that my clients & I are head over heels about! 

 Today my clients were all about brows. They all wanted tame, natural looking eyebrows, so today’s “Products I Love” goes to Benefit Cosmetics.

Beverly Hills, Brows

Some of the best brow products I’ve used on clients and myself come from the Anastasia Beverly Hills line. From brow powders to pomades, there is a product texture and a color for everyone!

 My personal favorite, The Perfect Brow Pencil, is what I use to shape and fill in brows. It isdouble ended, product on one side, spoolie brush on the other. The combination of the two makes it easy to fill in and blend as you go using solely one product. Once I have gone through shaping and blending the brows, it’s time to clean up and highlight. 

 To both clean up and highlight I use the Anastasia Pro Highlighter pencil. The pencil comes in shades : Base 1, Base 2, and Base 3. All are different shades of nude that I run underneath the brow shape and blend. This creates a clean, freshly waxed looking eyebrow while giving the brow a beautiful glow and highlight. 

On my client below, I used: Perfect Brow Pencil in medium brown, and Pro Highlighter pencil in Base 2 to create a clean flawless brow.

Stay B&B (Bronzed & Beautiful)

  Just because it doesn’t feel like summer doesn’t mean you can’t still look like summer! With cooler temps comes pale skin and that is a no-no! Who said it has to be July for you to glow?!  

 
  Although these highlight/bronzers have been around for awhile they are awesome and deserve a feature. Sun Bunny by Too Faced cosmetics ( upper right) is the ultimate highlight! The copper and gold tones make it perfect for fall/winter. Bringing warmth to the face for a gorgeous looking tan. 

 
   Another thing I adore about Sun Bunny is that it is a universal shade. Making it perfect for ALL skin tones and providing sthe appearance of a rich tan. I prefer to use it as a highlighter after I’ve contoured. It makes the cheek bones pop and it photographs beautifully.

Favorites For the Moment 🎨

  

The holiday season is about to kick off and with that comes so many fun events to get dressed up for. How could we possibly play dress up without the makeup?! So here I’ve listed 4 of my favorite eyeshadow palettes that I keep in rotation at the moment!  

 

1. Urban Decay Smoked palette-  8 shades of darkness with 2 shades to highlight. Perfect for EVERY smokey eye. 
2. Lorac Pro palette- extremely versatile. I call this the “zero to 100”. Full of neutral shades to give you that work day glam, but keep it in your purse and transform to night time glam for happy hour with the deeper shades.   
3. Urban Decay Vice4 palette- I call Vice “the all knowing” this palette is home to some deep pastels for a pop of color, light and dark shimmers, as well as a few light and dark mattes. It has it all. 
4. Stardust palette by Too Faced- my favorite right now. I call this the “go-to”.This is the ultimate fall/winter palette. 12 shades of fab! 8 matte, 4 shimmer. This pallete can do no wrong.

Covered In Stardust ✨🎨

That moment when you walk into your favorite makeup store to pick up some lashes and you end up leaving with the lashes and a brand new eyeshadow palette! In a few short days I can honestly say that this has become one of my new favorites and I can tell that it will be a constant go-to especially this fall. Too Faced cosmetics has teamed up with my girl Vegas Nay and together they have created the Stardust pallet. 

 Star Dust comes equip with 12 shades. All 12 are full of pigment, smooth, and easy to blend. Not to mention the packaging. Star Dust came in the cutest packaging! Very girly, and pink everything!  

 
Included inside is not only the pallet but a couple small eye glam cards with different eyeshadow looks on them. The instructions with how to achieve each look on the back side of each individual card. 5 Things I Learned From A Girl Boss💄🎨

   I had the opportunity to meet with this beauty last night. Legit an entrepreneur icon in the fashion industry. Raking in a networth of $250 million dollars by age 31 which happened in just a couple short years. ANYTHING is possible when you work hard and create your own path! 

   
   There is no way I’ll forget about the makeup! Last year Nasty Gal teamed up with MAC and released 3 limited addition lip colors. These lipcolors can now only be purchased on Amazon or Ebay and go for about $50.00USD per lipstick. The shade “Runner” is the perfect shade for fall and is a great addition to any makeup kit if you can get your hands on it!
